Levan’s Collect In Store service combines the ease of shopping online with a personalized boutique experience.

 

 

Select your preferred boutique to collect your items at your own convenience. Our dedicated Client Advisors

will be at your service, offering expert guidance and providing you with the opportunity to try on your selections.

If you are purchasing a gift, Collect In Store is the perfect way to keep it a surprise.

Browse from anywhere and add your favorites to your shopping bag.

 

 

 

STEP 2

CHOOSE A STORE

At checkout, select your preferred store and complete your purchase online.

 

 

 

STEP 3

COLLECT YOUR ITEM

As soon as your order is ready, we’ll notify you and you collect it any time during

store opening hours over the next 20-days. When you arrive,

there’s no need to join the line.

Yes, the Collect In Store delivery option is free of charge.

Your order will be held in store for 14-days after you are notified it is ready to be collected. After this period, it will be refunded.

To collect your order, you should bring a form of I.D. and a physical or digital copy of the email notification you received confirming that your order is ready.

They will be asked for provide the following to collect your order: Purchaser’s government-issued photo ID, Representative’s government-issued photo ID, Original method of payment, PayPal, Apple Pay or Affirm confirmation, Ready for Collection email, Authorization form signed by you. Please note, all of the above documents must be original and copies will not be accepted.

There is no need to book an appointment. You can come to your chosen store any time during opening hours during the 14-day collection period.

As soon as you get to the store, just let a Client Advisor know and they will be happy to assist you.

You can customize selected bags, luggage, belts, and leather accessories either online when you collect your order in-store, or by bringing them to a boutique once they arrive if you use home delivery.
